Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your original order details.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in the original crate or packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and arrange for freight or courier pickup as instructed by our logistical team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods to verify condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
